An internal event to energise the HP team and get ‘back in the game’, HP Essentials Live was the first time employees came together ‘post-lockdown’.
An opportunity to connect and hear about the year ahead, attendees were treated to a mini stadium set up in Sydney's Carriageworks. Complete with player's tunnel, jumbotron, basketball court stage, dance cam, fun activations and special guest appearances across three zones, the event was filled with surprise and delight moments designed to encourage participation at every touch point.
With attendees and speakers dialling in from across the globe (Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, USA, Singapore, India) we created a hybrid live stream model to ensure the entire team could be included in the experience. The in-room attendees created an intimate environment, while still being able to engage with their online counterparts.
